Deb Anderson, MPPC, CLC
Deb began coaching in 2009, developing the 7-Step Purpose & Possibility program as she guided clients through the process of discovering their purpose, creating new possibilities, and living life powerfully. In 2014, Deb partnered with Susan Johnson to create workshops empowering women facing life transitions and challenges. Together, they created Purpose & Possibility Coaching to serve both women and men in all stages of life. Since then, the duo has created several training and development programs. Recently, they began conducting their courses online.
Deb's coaching background also includes 10 years' training in personal transformation and leadership development. In addition, she has amassed hundreds of hours in broad-spectrum education spanning university courses and 18 years' of continuing education classes, plus seminars, workshops, and other accredited training programs. She is a Certified Life Coach. Her fields of study include positive psychology, neuroplasticity, health and wellness, geriatrics, whole systems design, and quantum physics.
For 27 years, Deb owned and operated a marketing and promotions business providing events for businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations in seven Southwestern states. During that time, she trained and mentored dozens of teams, empowering them to work together in a unique, win-win-win business paradigm that encouraged cooperation rather than competition. Her previous work experience also encompassed corporate, property, and personnel management as well as business administration, oil & gas production analysis, advertising, and commercial art.
Along with three others, Deb co-founded America's largest quantum physics study group and speaker series. The four co-founders organized and hosted weekly live events attended by 250-600 participants; guest speakers included quantum physicists, scientists, professors, medical doctors, alternative medicine practitioners, and theologians. The group's monthly live lecture series attracted audiences of up to 1400, featuring international speakers such as Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Candace Pert, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. Deb conducted research for her coaching practice and interviewed speakers for the group's events. She also wrote articles for publication about professionals whose fields of expertise incorporated aspects of quantum mechanics or whose practices successfully adapted principles of quantum theory to enhance everyday life. Deb also co-produced the Amazing Health Symposium Series and produced the innovative live talk-show, Get Lit!
Deb is an author, experienced speaker and emcee, and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Empowering Women Alliance.
Susan Johnson, MA, MPPC, CLC
Susan has used her counseling education and expertise for more than 24 years to help people access, claim, and grow their personal power. She earned her MA degree in Counseling and her BA in Psychology and is also a certified Life and Health Coach. For many years, Susan counseled sexually abused children and their mothers.
Susan was recruited by corporate America, where she specialized in advertising, marketing, and recruiting others. She was approached by Intel to work as a staffing consultant, where she assisted many people in finding and designing their dream careers. Eventually she became an entrepreneur, aiding others in effectively advertising their businesses and fulfilling their business goals. Over the years, Susan also has excelled as a popular and effective Career Coach and has recruited for Google.
Susan acquired additional training and accreditation in several disciplines of counseling and coaching as well as training in thermographic imaging and diagnostics. Later, she started a business that grew out of her own extensive research and wide-reaching expertise in Life, Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Coaching. Her company Invigorated! continues to support and assist clients in achieving vibrant living.
Actively involved in raising public awareness, Susan helped organize the Free to Laugh comedy event; her efforts raised funds for Sold No More, a non-profit organization fighting against sex trafficking. She is also active in her church and community, promoting spiritual and personal growth as well as cultural, racial, and sexual-orientation inclusion.
In 2014, Susan collaborated with her Purpose & Possibility Coaching partner, Deb Anderson, as well as Kathy Peake, CEO of the Peake Financial Group, to co-found and launch the Smart Women Connections Workshop & Seminar Series. Together, they envisioned the means to bring together local women and state-wide, national, and international experts sharing their expertise on a variety of topics; the trio organized live workshops and seminars, presenting cutting-edge information and fresh perspectives on women's health, wellness, finances, and empowerment.
Susan is an experienced speaker, workshop leader, teacher, and author. She is also a founding member of the Empowering Women Alliance and serves on the Leadership Team.
